COLUMBUS, Ohio -
Ohio State will likely be one of the two teams playing in college football's national championship on Jan. 7.
The No. 3 Buckeyes only needed Pittsburgh to upset No. 2 West Virginia or Oklahoma to knock off No. 1 Missouri, but both the higher-ranked teams fell on Saturday night.
That means Ohio State will likely be ranked No. 1 when the final Bowl Championship Series standings are released Sunday night.
The question now is who the Buckeyes will play in the BCS national championship game in New Orleans.
