How about a little thread for a daily check in? I mean what would it hurt and we all have a few minutes each day to draw up a little BS...well unless you are like me and full of a lot of BS :p

Haven't been around but think about you all. Life is OK alive!

Anyways still taking it easy have a lot of stuff to get done on the sites but trying to be moderate don't need to get myself another heart attach already that wouldn't be good

Hell they said my blood pressure was like 220+ something on a post on the site. He must have been talking to my Sister they had to put me into a coma to save my life. And yeah still smoking ugghhhhh

myyyyy goodness! My bp was just over 200 when I was carted to the hospital back in August. Not fun.

Well haven't been to sleep yet LMMFAOH they must have really pumped me up with steroids and shit. Well have the nurse coming over to check me out since I am not allowed out LOL

I think this is going to be another learning experience.

I have chosen May 25th of this year to drop the smokes that will be my two year clean date off of dope and alcohol That should be a healthy celebration.

About 2 weeks before you smoke for the last time, stop eating any red meats. It's a chemical thing and I don't know the fancy words but one of the chemicals of red meats make our bodies purge nicotine very fast so the chemical urge is there a lot more. Not eating it lets the nicotine remain longer thus the urge isn't as bad.

I will give that a shot. I was going to wait for my two year anniversary in May from drugs to start still might not sure about what day to choose but I know that I love smoking and it is going to be a thing that I have to do is to quit. I am just happy to be a live another day...

I finally got around two hours of sleep LOL I am feeling pretty well but still weak since my heart attach and such.

I will check in again later today. Cooking Chicken and pork right now and going to fix me up some BBQ today :) ahhh the life of the ill ;)

OK OK not that old LOL but hey somedays are better than others right?

I still haven't been able to move that phpbb to a vbulletin is there anyone you know who might be able to do it? I am so stressed over it and I think that they are getting upset LOL

Today I am feeling good and calling the doctor to get that new miracle pill for quitting smoking that everyone is talking about. I have heard nothing but good for it so I am ready to start.

Gonna be hard and plan to stop the red meat here also

OK another day at ta office. Oh yeah my sister is having lumps removed they think that they are cancer now. She is in recovery. Ugghhh doctor told me I can't get out for awhile. Kinda worried about me LMMFAOH you know what LOL he aint the only one.

Been not doing a lot of anything but trying to gain some strength back. Been a week now since I have been out of the hospital again.

I think I am gaining some strength back I was able to cook today but than now find myself feeling really weak LMAO

OK let's all have a good night. Things are going pretty well. My Sister had her last kidney taken out yesterday and is in the hospital. Had problems with her dialysis today so they had to do surgery again on her. Ughhhh

I can't even begin to think, okay, yes I can but you know my meaning, of how I'd feel if I lost both kidneys. I know the pain she's in physically at the moment though even with the meds she is receiving and what's to come in the following weeks and months and there's only one person I'd wish that on, but thats' not important. ;)

Is she on a donor list?

Yeah it is hard I know, and she had a emergency operation because her dialysis that they had set up didn't work :( so that was a few days ago unless I already mentioned it not sure. Since than she has been doing OK I guess, she is suppose to get dismissed from the hospital today, even though I don't think that she is ready yet. But that is the word LOL

I think that she will call me to get her when she gets done with her dialysis this morning. Of course I am homebound myself and am not suppose to be out of my apartment but I have been there for her in the hospital as much as I can here the past few days.

I apologize for not being here but have really been busy getting some of my sites with a new look :) and that is something that has helped me keep halfway sane. Also I am trying to figure out how to get like a text box so I can have a url with a image code inside of it so people can copy and paste the code so they can use the images on my comments site but after 3-4 hours yesterday trying and looking I still haven't figured that one out. LOL Ah the lessons of teach thyself is a pain in the azzz sometimes.

Anyways I am checking in today :p feels good to be here. I have to find that box now LOL it is driving me completely NUTS:yes:
