If you are selling or offering any item(s) as a business you are not permitted to use this forum to do so. This is for selling your own personal items more or less the same as one might offer on ebay, but we aren't charging you any fees. Of course if you sell something here and wish to make a donation we're more than happy to accept it to help pay for operational fees of the site.
• All items must be legal to offer/sell
• Seller and buyer assumes all responsibility for item description, cost involved, shipping and any taxes that might be incurred.
• Seller and buyer will make personal contact and exchange any personal information through PM's or email and not post said personal information on this or any thread.
• Anyone found to be attempting to sell or buy illegal items, goods or services risk their membership at :TO: being negated and :TO: will report such activity to the proper law enforcement agencies.
• Sellers and Buyers will, by making there own offers release :TO: and its staff from any and all liability for items, goods or services sold or bought.
