I hope it's ok that I join even though I don't live in Ohio. We are planning to move up there in about a year or so, so I am trying to get as much info together as I possibly can.

I found this site from vb.org in Peggy's siggy. My name is Cori. I am married and have 4 kids that I homeschool. We currently live in Florida, but once my MIL moves up to Ohio, we will probably follow since we have no one else down here.

Not sure what else to say so just ask away if you have any questions :D

Hi Cori!! My goodness it's a small world... I'm also a Florida transplant!!
Where in Florida do you live? I'm from the west (hotter) coast, Ocala area. I've been up here a smidge over 3 years and love love LOVE it!!!

What area is your MIL (and you) moving to? Kent lives on the Dayton (west) side and I live on the Youngstown (east) side.

I currently live in Largo, which is in the heart of Pinellas County (St.Petersburg/Clearwater area). We are looking at the Toledo area. My SIL lives in Perrysburg right now but plans to move to Toledo soon. I have no idea which part though lol I am still learning the area. We are planning a trip up there in June to check things out more :D

Very kewl! Toledo is about 2 hours from me. You're gonna love it up here if you like cold and snow... we've had more, lots more, than our fair share this year, lol.

Unless they closed again, make sure to visit The Board Room which is downtown. They do steaks fantastic and their Greek salad is da bomb!
