Does anyone believe that you can dream of something that is going to happen in the future?
If anyone has watched the show "Medium" you will know what I am talking about.
I usually do not talk about this much because I don't want people to think of me as WEIRD.
On my moms side of the family we have these dreams that you dream of something and it will happen in the future.
My dreams have went one step further and people who have died that I know come back to warn me when someone is going to be hurt that is living.
For instance. My in-laws that past away warned me to get my mom out of the house because of danger was coming her way. They never said what but it was going to happen.
About a month later I found my mom in her bedroom dieing. I got her to the hospital via ambulance and she was bleeding internally in the stomach. She had a broken blood vessal and ulcer that burst in her stomach. The doctor said if I did not get her there when I did she would of died.

whewee that is wild.
But to answer your question, after seeing/hearing/experiencing the things that I have, my answer is absolutely, unequivocally, YES.
Now, people who know of my Christian beliefs will probably say whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaatt??? But hey, who are we to put God in a box? He has the right to warn anyone about anything, in any way, He so chooses.
God DID warn Joseph and Mary in a dream that Jesus was in danger and to run. He also quite often spoke to John via dreams, and to many in the Old Testament.
So nope, I don't doubt it a bit.

I wish I had that ability. All I see are dead people and the few that have communicated have only had message for others, not any warnings as it were, but at times a few statements were gotten across lol.

Trust me you don't. I started out just dreaming of things that I would see later in life, like a palm tree or something like that, now its dead people talking to me. What am I a Bruce Willis movie. "Sixth Sense" "I see dead people" CREEPY.

I can certainly see how that would be hard to live with. :hiding:
It's all on how we look at it I think. When it happens to me about the only thing that's up setting in any way are the ones that let me see them to a point but not enough to know what their plan is or why they are there. Sometimes they let me know in time, but till then it's can be a bit odd.

Certain people have different areas to relate messages.
My new hubby's parents are sympathic and looking for ways to help me deal with gettting help to the one in danger. i.e. They were trying to find a place to get my mom to and out of the house. Not knowing what it was about. It was just odd. I loved them dearly. Still loving people in the after life. (My hubbys parents passed away of prostate cancer and the mother passed away of leukemia)
Now my ex's parents. JUST CREEPY. They were alcoholics when they were living and never liked their drinking. And seem to bug me still when they come to me in my dreams. I know it is going to be something severe when I see them in my dreams. And they still have a odd manor about them when they come to see me. I hope they are not punishing me because I am not with their son. He was the cheater and wanted to be with someone else. Why are they picking me to talk to. The ex's dad passed away of heart failure and basically alcoholism. The mom passed away of lung and brain cancer.

I don't know if it will help or not or even if it would work for you, and like a lot of things, the power of the mind plays a huge role, but I have a bundle of sweet grass that I will cleanse myself with when things get to weird or better said I have a feeling of darkness that I can't shake on my own, or I'll use if I want to find a calm place and again, can't seem to reach it on my own. Some say cleansing oneself with either sweet grass or sage is a powerful native American thing for such matters. All I know is I tried it and so far, it works for me.

If it has to be burnt I doubt I can do it. I am allergic to fragrances. :(
Then that would be a problem unless there is some ritual for it not being burnt. I lite it and let it smolder a moment just enough to create some smoke and it does have a pleasant yet mild aroma that in itself gives a calming feeling

I've seen and experienced too much to dismiss the possibilities.
