How to make VB site mobile friendly

I have had people ask me if Talk Maryland (http://talkmarylandforum.com) mobile friendly. One user said most of their time is spent logging on from their cell phone. Is there a way to make this happen. Thanks in advance.

Thanks Peggy, yeah i had 1 user in particular that grilled me about being mobile friendly. I had it working for a while and the hack i WAS using broke when i went to vB 3.7 so i had to start over and found that hack and the skins linked in the first post of it work good.
