3.5 cups flour
3 cups of water (apporx 103 degrees)
2 tbl spns olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 tbl spns sugar
1 pkg rapid rise dry yeast

In a mixing bowl.....
combine yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil and water.
wisk until all disolved ( about 3 min)

In a larger bowl........
pour in the flour, add the liquid. Mix until the dough is tacky but not sticky. If too sticky add a little more flour. If not completeley mixed, add a little more water.

Once all is mixed, grease a medium bowl with olive oil.
Place the ball of dough in the bowl and cover with a dish towel.

place on top of the stove. turn the oven on to 175 degrees to help the dough rise. let it rise until it is doubled in size (approx 1 hour)

Coat a bread pan with crisco (I like the butter flavored)
place the dough in the pan, place it back on the stove, let the dough rise again until the top is about 4 to 5 inches above the sides ( approx 1 hour).

place in the 350 deg., preheated oven and bake for 30 to 35 min. :hungry:
