He forgot one thing in that clip, and here is a post I made on a blog concerning those old trolls at Walmarts ............

For those that have replied to just go along with it and don’t make a fuss, or if you don’t like it don’t shop there, and those that say it’s a small price to pay to keep theft down, my answer is will you please remove your head out of your butt and wake up!

Do you like the implication that you are being profiled as a shoplifter? Grouped into the mass and then like some little child on a playground being told to line up at the door and get your nose wiped.

To the few that refuse, the few that have remembered they live in the United State where millions have died for the constitution, bill of rights, the freedoms and just plain common sense, a hearty atta-boy to you all.

I don’t know California law as to what constitutes an arrest, but I do know Ohio’s Law and what they are doing and it matters not if it takes an hour, a minute or a second, once you are stopped from making egress from a place of business or structure, by an owner, employee or agent of said establishment, they have by law, arrested you.

Before becoming a police officer I worked loss prevention and the one thing that used to be pounded into staff was if you aren’t 100% positive someone has stolen something, let them go. Even if you saw them put it under whatever, if you lose sight for a fraction of a second, let them go! Why? Because if they got rid of it and you go ahead and stop them from going past the last point to purchase items, that you have in fact arrested them and if nothing is found, you and the store are liable for civil action, your own arrest for false arrest, and a world of hurt in the courts.

So far I haven’t pushed the point, but after today and a rather snobby old woman at Walmart who takes her job way to serious, I look forward to my next trip to a store that is on American soil, and is open to the public, so I’ll damn well go there when and if I want, and I can only hope that some lackey, following their job duties, illegally or not, takes a hold of my arm to stop me as I smile and walk my American tail out the door with my receipt in my pocket.

My next hope is that the members of the jury won’t be a bunch of sheep as so many that have replied to this are.

Stand up and either man up or woman up you idiots, this is your America that’s being taken away, one receipt at a time, and we let them do it, it’s no big deal at a time as well.

Hello I'm new here and I agree with you Kent that's the way I've been feeling for a while now and that's the type of stuff that led me to joining the biggest state wide Militia the :ohioflag: Ohio Defense Force :ohioflag: . Actually I'm with the Northeast Ohio Defense Force "NEODF" it's the largest branch of the ODF , this group of good constitutionally minded people are great to train with . I feel we should all be well regulated and train frequently with each other The Sh!t may hit the fan soon and it's tough to go it alone . People should be questioning their government and referring to the constitution more . Actually we are always actively searching for new members of all ages so long as you'll fight for freedom and liberty . We don't only train with fire arms in fact we only do live fire shooting once or twice a year . We also train people for survival situations as well as some CERT and FEMA training . The Militia has been given a bad name for no reason because Every male citizen between the ages of 17 and 45 are by default in the militia according to the constitution . Hello donttreadonme and welcome to :TO:

I took a look at the links and the site and found it interesting. Just an observation, someone might want to look each page over and correct a few typos to make it look more professional and just read better. Might even add to any creditability issues.

I noticed and honestly, expected to see and did see the statement that the group isn't a hate group and not trying to overthrow anyone and I hope this is in fact true. Please excuse my obvious hesitation to take it as fact, but with the jobs I've held and by experience, I don't take a lot of things at face value. Anyway, and again this is my thinking, some words, which do relate and in a casual setting would be just fine, seeing them on a site where it seems to be not just seeking members and acceptance for the goals set forth, but I'd think another factor to consider is creditability, and words like psycho deter from that and add a bit of the raised eyebrow feeling. Maybe persons with stability issues or in that area might come off better than psycho.
Yea, it might be nitpicking but one word can turn someone off from the start.

In either case, it's always good to see another patriot and in these times of so many being sheep and taking it up the backside, I hope others soon, be it in a group or lawful folks or as individuals, remember what this nation was founded on and remind those we put in office, that they serve the people and not themselves.

Thanks for checking out the site and giving me your $.02 . This is an all volunteer group and mistakes get made :blush: . Thank you for pointing out some of our flaws I'll bring that up with the guys that adjust wording on the site . As to the fact of if we are training to over throw the government LOL we are most certainly not . Nor are we a hate group ! fact ! With that being said you or any one else is encouraged to stop in for a visit while we train , please call ahead it's usually open to the public viewing , although we do train on private property mostly . We have on a number of occasions have trained with the local police force . We also held a ccw class at the local town hall . :ohioflag:

We have positions open for diabled (disabled) persons

could only remember where I saw this one, on the mission statement page under requirements. I saw one other but can't remember where it was.

I make typos a lot at times, so I got used to typing things up in word first so it would do a progressive spell check as I went. Of course, if I just used the wrong spelling or a different word that was right, it wouldn't catch it.
